Send my bag here because of mold and i did not regret. Collect my bag like it’s a brand new. Will definately come here again because still got my credit with dr leather and happy with their service. Lady staff at the counter also very helpful with very clear explanation!

2nd visit to this place to send another bag. As i said, i did not regret and i am lucky to have found this place. Hope this business will keep on thriving and successful!

I called to enquire about whether they do repair for bag stitching, the person who answered seemed to not understand what i was asking for as she asked me "what's your receipt no.?" i replied saying i'm calling to enquire, she told me to wait and then HUNG UP ON ME.

Very bad experienced. Sent bag to service. Promised by them 1 month can be collected. But almost 3 months then only we can collected our bags. Not happy with the quality of the results. Not recommended. ‘Indah kabar dari rupa’

If you’re looking for a place to treat your luxury goods, look no further. They are the expert. My Tumi leather backpack got spilled with milk, had horrible odor and i had low hope of it being to what it used to be. But after being treated by Dr Leather Spa, goodness it’s like brand new, all shiny and no more bad smell. I also sent my Burberry nylon handbag as it has signs of stain, again it looks brand new after treatment. This place is highly recommended for all!

Love their service. Paid for the express cleaning, their get it done in a week. My checkin luggage M size, looks great with no old flight stickers as requested and dust free. I opened the luggage and it smelled heavenly, the old musky stench had gone and the yellow stain on the fabric has reduced. I recommend this shop for luggage cleaning.

I have sent bags for cleaning & recolouring twice & both times, I was very pleased with the results. I can see from the results that they have done the cleaning etc to the best of their ability (though some old bags cannot look completely new again). The staff that attended to me (Nesya & another lady) were knowledgeable & provided clear explanation and good service. Highly recommend this bag spa place.

I sent in my mom’s Burberry handbag for cleaning and it came back looking beautiful and almost brand new. I’m so happy that we decided to try Dr LeatherSpa. Will let them clean our other bags in future.

I would also like to mention that their staff - Nesya - was very friendly and helpful! She convinced me to take a chance on their cleaning services and I’m so glad I did. Thanks, Nesya!

I sent my Febdi bag for repair as the screw of 1 of the chain came out and was lost. They couldn’t replace the missing screw hence they replaced the ring instead. It is not exactly the same as the original but it is now cleaned up amd looks new. Now i can use my Fendi bag again 😍. Thanks Dr LeatherSpa!!

Great Service! Very Professional & Knowledgeable!

Had my most loved leather jacket of almost 10years; torn at the collar, molds, spots everywhere, dull leather, etc done at Dr Leather Spa @ Paradigm Mall.

Been putting off doing repairs as was not confident with the earlier

But, Dr Leather Spa @ Paradigm Mall had me “hooked”. The lady who served me (so sorry I missed out getting your name) is extremely knowledgeable & patient. Answering my questions precisely, wrote my requests & even drew on the form the spots where repairs are needed.

Less than 15mins after I left the shop, received via Whatsapp to confirm my payment & the repairs required. Good customer service!

2weeks before agreed ready date, I was informed its ready for collection and how much balance I have and the expiry. Isnt it reassuring to get such great after-sales service?

The best part?
Got my 10yr old leather jacket back looking like brand new !! Wow, Wow, Wow!!

Dr Leather Spa @ Paradigm Mall … go there if its convenient. You wont regret it, every cent well spent ! 😊

Not happy there are still pen markings on my leather bag. paid RM 900+ for unsatisfactory result.

Edit: The staff called me back to repolish my handbag. They made sure I was fully satisfied with the condition of my handbag. Good customer service. Glad that I lodged a complain and they addressed it well.

I feel scammed by them. The original bag colour is very sharp but after send my bag to this shop, if feel like coming out of washing machine. The colour totally changed. Dam regretted. If you wish to send it better think twice.
